With more than two decades of leadership across public and private post-secondary education, I have built a career dedicated to transforming the landscape of learning through innovation, strategic growth, and institutional excellence. I am an award-winning education executive recognized for designing and implementing forward-looking academic models, digital learning systems, and operational strategies that expand access, strengthen performance, and deliver measurable results. 

My work sits at the intersection of academic leadership, technology integration, and organizational transformation. I have led complex, multi-campus institutions through periods of rapid expansion, accreditation, digital transition, and financial growth, always guided by disciplined planning, strong execution, and a commitment to student success. 

Over a 23-year career, my leadership has delivered the following results:

• Development and approval of more than 100 diploma and degree programs
• Successful completion of over 60 regional and programmatic accreditation reviews
• Launch of 6 new colleges from concept to full operation
• Large-scale digital learning transformation across 40 campus locations, 140 programs, and more than 16,000 students within six months
• Contribution to the generation of more than $890 million in tuition revenue
• Eightfold revenue growth, sevenfold reduction in attrition, 300% expansion of program offerings, and an 8.5× increase in graduate placement outcomes

My commitment to innovation began early in my career when, in 1993, I founded a for-profit healthcare digital content development, delivery, and instructional research centre at the University of Calgary. In 1996, I led the delivery of one of the first fully mediated online degree-level courses, at a time when digital education was still emerging, establishing a foundation for what has become a lifelong focus on technology-enabled learning. 

Today, I continue to advise institutions, education groups, and investors on academic strategy, digital transformation, program development, accreditation, and sustainable growth, with a focus on building systems that are scalable, financially sound, and aligned with the future of education.
